Raised Pool, Waterfalls & Paver Patio In Hauppauge, NY

A Calming, Symmetrical Pool Haven in Hauppauge, NY

This Hauppauge, NY backyard was designed to feel calm and balanced the moment you step outside. The homeowners wanted a clean, modern pool area with a sense of order, so our team built a symmetrical poolscape with an elevated pool, three waterfalls and a smooth paver patio that carries all the way around the home to the front door.

Unilock Beacon Hill Smooth with Custom 2×2 Slabs

The patio is built with Unilock Beacon Hill Smooth pavers and custom-made 2’x2′ slabs in a light, neutral tone. The pavers create a smooth transition from the side walkway, up the stairs and onto the elevated pool deck, giving the whole property one continuous surface.

An Elevated, Geometric Pool

The rectangular pool is raised above the patio behind a stone veneer wall, with wide paver steps leading up to the deck. The geometric shape and straight lines keep the look crisp and contemporary, and the raised design adds depth to a flat yard.

Three Sheer Descent Waterfalls

Three waterfalls spill from the back wall into the pool, filling the backyard with the calming sound of moving water. Guests can take in the sun on the expansive poolside patio or relax in the lounge area beside the pool.

Clean Lines from Front to Back

The stone-like paver design weaves around the house and leads right up to the front, with a patio and steps outside the covered porch for extra curb appeal. Lush gardens, a Japanese maple in a low stone planter wall and symmetrical hedges and arborvitae complete the landscape design and keep everything feeling balanced.

The Result

The homeowners now have a pool area that feels peaceful and polished every time they step outside. The symmetry of the layout, the smooth light pavers and the steady sound of the waterfalls all work together to create a sense of calm. Because the same pavers continue around to the front of the house, the entire property feels connected and complete.
