Where Hamptons Luxury Meets Masterful Design
Tucked into the lush wooded landscape of Quogue, NY, this estate project represents some of the finest outdoor living work we’ve ever delivered. With a sprawling rectangular swimming pool, an expansive all-white porcelain patio, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, and a private tennis court just steps away — this is outdoor living elevated to its absolute peak.
The Porcelain Patio — A Canvas of Pure Luxury
The centerpiece of this transformation is the breathtaking pool deck installed with MSI Arterra Series 2×2 Porcelain in Legions Quartz White — a large-format, ultra-clean tile that brings a resort-hotel aesthetic to this private Hamptons estate. The crisp white surface stretches across the entire pool surround, creating an almost seamless visual connection between the stone, the glittering pool water, and the natural wooded backdrop.
The scale of this patio is extraordinary. From the drone views, you can see just how much space was designed for living — with dedicated lounge zones, a generous dining and kitchen area, and wide open stretches of stone that feel more like a private club than a backyard.
Cambridge Platinum 13×27 coping frames the pool edge with refined precision, its clean profile complementing the all-white porcelain without competing with it. Every edge, every joint, every corner was executed with the level of care this property demanded.
The Outdoor Kitchen & Lounge Zone
On the upper terrace level, a fully custom outdoor kitchen was constructed using Cambridge Matrix Platinum for both the wall and kitchen surround — a material that echoes the cool, sophisticated tone of the porcelain while adding texture and dimension. The built-in grill, counter space, and adjacent lounge seating create an entertainer’s command center with direct sightlines to the pool.
This zone was deliberately designed as its own destination within the yard — a place where guests naturally gather while others lounge poolside or head to the tennis court.
Stepping Stones, Lawn & Landscape
Crisp 2×2 stepping stones were integrated into the lush lawn to create a refined pathway that connects the various zones of this estate — from the pool deck to the tennis court and beyond. The stepping stones echo the large-format porcelain used on the patio, creating a cohesive design language that runs throughout the entire property.
The landscape design was kept intentionally clean and naturalistic — allowing the surrounding mature trees and manicured lawn to serve as the backdrop, framing the white hardscape beautifully in every season.
Built for the Hamptons. Built to Last.
From the moment you step onto the porcelain deck to the last match played on the tennis court, every inch of this Quogue estate was designed with intention. This is what happens when premium materials, expert craftsmanship, and a clear design vision all come together without compromise.
